Williams was first raised by her father who was a Brooklyn firefighter. Later, she was raised by her mother (who resided in Tribeca Manhattan) after the separation of her parents when she was a young girl. She attended junior high school in Chinatown New York high school in Chelsea as well as Nazareth College in Rochester NY. Angel Williams is a 16-year veteran manicurist who has never had a problem with nails that look the same. Her natural, healthy style and determination to create nails that are in vivid colors has made her stand out. The manicurist is based within New York Angel relishes in the meticulous nature of her art, which makes her an asset on commercial and editorial shoots fashion runways and to the private and celebrity clients.
